The ultimate course for those intending to become a professional decorator.
This covers all the basic skills, techniques and knowledge for you to start your own business as a professional painter & decorator. It combines the one week modules on painting, wallpapering, coving & wide vinyls, and a final project which brings all your newly aquired skills together into your first real job!
This final exercise is to produce a written quotation, for decorating a room and then to carry out the decoration as per your quotation; effectively your first real job at a professional level.
This experience will improve your skill levels as well as speed which ultimately dictates your potential earnings.
Also included in this course is the Thompson Prometric Health & Safety Test, and the business start programme covering the administration, simple bookkeeping, insurance requirements, sales & marketing and successful advertising.

Thompson Prometric Health
& Safety Test
We are a registered Thompson Prometric test centre and offer this test on site.
This test is included in the 4 Week Course as standard.
However, it can also be taken by Students on shorter courses subject to the Thompson Prometric registration fee’s.
Having passed this basic test we will apply for your CSCS (Construction Site Certification Scheme) “CRO CARD” allowing you to work on building sites in the UK. This card is likely to become mandatory by the year 2010 for anyone working on building sites.
